1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Canine Compass website and engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Canine Compass provides a range of dog training services including Puppy Socialization, Basic Obedience, Advanced Dog Training, Behavioral Modification, Agility Training, Private Consultations, and Group Classes. 3. Registration and Bookings

• Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book services.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and booking process.
• Booking Confirmation: Services are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a pre-agreed deposit, where applicable.

4. Payments and Cancellations

All service fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Full payment is typically required prior to the commencement of any training program or consultation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the full service fee.
• Canine Compass reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled slot.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and effective training environment, clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring their dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations and free from communicable diseases.
• Disclosing any behavioral issues, health concerns, or aggression history of their dog prior to enrollment.
• Following all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Canine Compass trainers.
• Bringing appropriate training equipment (e.g., leash, treats, toys) as instructed for classes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Canine Compass continually strives to provide professional and effective dog training. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, as dog behavior is complex and influenced by many factors beyond our control. Canine Compass will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, pets, or property arising from participation in our services, except where prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Canine Compass or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Our training methodologies, course materials, and proprietary techniques are also the intellectual property of Canine Compass.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
